Job Summary
Operate a Class A CDL vehicle on regional and OTR flatbed routes, safely securing loads on Conestoga, flatbed, and step-deck trailers. Perform pre and post trip inspections while driving up to 600 miles from the Nashville area. Earn weekly compensation based on a percentage of load, with flexible home time and potential bonuses for performance and referrals. The team provides brand new trucks equipped with forward-facing cameras, leather seats, and free Wi-Fi.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver License with proper endorsements (Class A)
- 2 years of driving experience
- Must be 23 years old
- No current license suspension or revocation
- A work permit is not acceptable
- No serious or disqualifying traffic violations within the last three years
- No excessive speeding involving any single offense for any speed of 15 m.p.h. or more above the posted speed limit
- No reckless driving
- No improper or erratic lane changes
- No following the vehicle ahead too closely
- No driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
- No hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, or failure to report an accident
- No more than four (4) moving violations in the past 36 months
- No more than two moving violations in the previous 12 months
- No preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle within three years
