Job Summary
Manage OTR routes averaging 2,000 to 3,000 miles weekly with a primary focus on Midwest, East, Southeast, South, Southwest, and West regions. Operate under DSL Express authority with 92% linehaul rates, utilizing dedicated dispatch for load booking and avoiding forced assignments. Maintain strict safety standards by adhering to ELD compliance, passing drug tests, and ensuring no more than three moving violations in the last three years. Drive reliable Class A trucks with 2+ years of experience, utilizing provided fuel cards with a 30-cent discount and optional trailer rentals. Negotiate home time up to 100% while targeting weekly gross earnings between $5,000 and $8,000.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 2+ yrs CDL Exp
- Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report
- Reliable Tractor
- Must have been at least 23 years old
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Must have a valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions
- Must be able to work with modern ELD systems
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have a valid medical card issued
- Must have a stable work history and good references
- No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years
- No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years
- No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years
- No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years
- Must provide no less than 3 years of work history
- Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable
