Job Summary
Manage OTR routes averaging 2,000 to 3,000 miles weekly with a primary focus on Midwest, East, Southeast, South, Southwest, and West regions, including optional high-paying Canadian loads. Operate under DSL Freight's authority with a 92% linehaul split, covering liability and cargo insurance, while utilizing a 30-cent cash price fuel discount. Work 24/7 with dedicated dispatch support for load booking and route management, maintaining strict ELD compliance and adhering to a no-touch freight policy. Drive Class A trucks with at least two years of experience, ensuring safe, professional operation with a clean MVR and no recent violations. Negotiate home time up to 100% and utilize built-in mechanic shops for discounted maintenance. Earn weekly gross pay estimates of $5,000 to $8,000+ based on availability and mileage commitment, with bonuses available for safety inspections and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 2+ yrs CDL Exp
- Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report
- Reliable Tractor
- Must have been at least 23 years old
- Valid medical card issued
- Stable work history and good references
- No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years
- No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years
- No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years
- No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations during the last year
- Must provide no less than 3 years of work history
- Must be able to work with modern ELD systems
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be healthy and able and willing to work
- Must have a valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions
