Job Summary
Conduct 2000 to 3000 miles per week of OTR linehaul, primarily in the Midwest, East, Southeast, South, Southwest, and West regions, with optional high-paying Canadian loads. Operate a reliable Class A tractor under DSL Freight's DOT authority, utilizing dedicated dispatch for route management and avoiding forced dispatch. Maintain strict safety standards by passing DOT inspections and adhering to a clean MVR, while managing fuel costs through provided cards with a 30-cent discount. Earn weekly gross pay ranging from $5,000 to $8,000+ based on load volume and availability, with home time fully negotiable up to your preference.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 2+ yrs CDL Exp
- Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report
- Reliable Tractor
- Must have been at least 23 years old
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions
- Must be able to work with modern ELD systems
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have a valid medical card issued
- Stable work history and good references
- No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years
- No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years
- No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years
- No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations during the last year
- Must provide no less than 3 years of work history
- Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable
