Job Summary
Drive OTR routes across the Lower 48, with a primary focus on the Midwest, East, Southeast, South, Southwest, and West regions. Operate a reliable Class A tractor, utilizing our built-in mechanic shops for discount maintenance and accessing 10-cent discounted fuel cards. Work with a dedicated dispatcher to secure top rates on dry van, drop-and-hook, live load, and unload freight, avoiding flatbeds, tankers, and doubles/triples. Maintain strict safety standards by passing DOT inspections and adhering to ELD compliance, as performance directly impacts your gross earnings. Enjoy 100% home time up to your preference, unlimited miles within ELD compliance, and access to 24/7 dispatch support from our three regional offices.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 2+ yrs CDL Exp
- Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report
- Reliable Tractor
- At least 23 years old
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions
- Ability to work with modern ELD systems
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Valid medical card issued
- Stable work history and good references
- No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years
- No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years
- No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years
- No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations during the last year
- Provide no less than 3 years of work history
- Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable
