Job Summary
Manage OTR routes averaging 2,000 to 3,000 miles weekly with a focus on Midwest, East, Southeast, South, Southwest, and West regions. Operate Class A trucks on dedicated freight including dry vans and refer loads, utilizing drop-and-hook, live load, and unload services. Coordinate with a dedicated dispatcher for 24/7 support and route optimization while maintaining strict ELD compliance. Earn gross pay estimates of $5,000 to $8,000+ weekly based on load volume and availability, with 92% linehaul rates and a 30-cent fuel discount. Maintain a clean MVR with no more than three moving violations in the last three years and pass a drug test. Submit applications via the DSL Freight portal for approval.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 2+ yrs CDL Exp
- Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report
- Reliable Tractor
- Must have been at least 23 years old
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions
- Must be able to work with modern ELD systems
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have a valid medical card issued
- Stable work history and good references
- No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years
- No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years
- No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years
- No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations during the last year
- Provide no less than 3 years of work history
- Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable
