Job Summary
Haul dry bulk materials on regional routes with a Class A owner-operator setup: pick-up points across NC, TN, GA, KY, SC and destination points in the same states; Monday–Friday loads. Company offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, weekly gross pay in the $5,000–$7,000 range, and a compensation structure featuring 64% of haul using Trimac dump trailers, 72% using own dump trailer, and 90% of fuel surcharge. Safety-focused operations with experienced management/dispatch, company-installed ELDs, toll reimbursement, and fuel cards. Requires a valid Class A CDL, verifiable tractor-trailer experience, and district-specific driving experience including mountain and winter conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- Must have mountain driving experience
- Must have winter driving experience
- Past 7 years without: Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances; A preventable rollover or fatality crash
- Past 3 years without: License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety; A major preventable accident
- Two or more moving convictions
