The role emphasizes experience with mountain and winter driving, a safety-focused record, and operating an End Dump trailer under Trimac’s dispatch. Compensation features a $5,000 sign-on bonus and weekly pay between $5,000 and $7,000, with 64% haul share and 72% haul using own dump trailer, plus a 90% fuel surcharge. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- Must have mountain driving experience
- Must have winter driving experience
- Past 7 years without Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
- Past 3 years without License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
- A major preventable accident
- Two or more moving convictions
