Job Summary
Owner Operator/Class A driver for Feldspar Trucking (a Trimac division) hauling dry bulk materials on regional routes across NC, TN, GA, KY, and SC. Pick-up points include NC, TN, GA, KY, SC with destination points in the same states; Monday–Friday loads. Compensation includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and weekly gross pay ranging from $5,000 to $7,000. Safety commitments emphasized with experienced management and dispatch teams; fuel card provided and tolls reimbursed. CDL required with 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience; mountain and winter driving experience and strict safety history required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- Must have mountain driving experience
- Must have winter driving experience
- Past 7 years without driving violations involving intoxicants
- Past 3 years without license suspensions for drug/alcohol
- Past major preventable accidents
- Two or more moving convictions
