Job Summary
Regional Class A CDL Owner Operator End Dump driver hauling dry bulk materials (sand, limestone, feldspar, gypsum) on Monday–Friday routes with Trimac dump trailers. Pick-up points include NC, TN, GA, KY, SC and destination points likewise, operating on a regional basis across the Carolinas and neighboring states. Requires 2 years of tractor-trailer experience, mountain and winter driving experience, and a clean safety record. Compensation includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus with pay ranging from $5,000 to $7,000 per week, plus fuel surcharge considerations and toll reimbursements. Compensation is described as top-tier in the industry with in-house management and dispatch support.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- Must have mountain driving experience
- Must have winter driving experience
- Past 7 years without: Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
- Past 3 years without: License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
- A major preventable accident
- Two or more moving convictions
