Job Summary
Haul dry bulk materials on regional routes using dump trailers (sand, limestone, feldspar, gypsum) with responsibilities focused on safe, efficient deliveries across NC, TN, GA, KY, and SC. Weekend-free Monday–Friday loads with emphasis on operating a Class A tractor-trailer, navigating mountain and winter driving conditions, and maintaining compliance with Trimac safety standards. Primary duties include managing regional pickups and deliveries and coordinating with management and dispatch teams to ensure timely, secure transportation of bulk commodities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- Must have mountain driving experience
- Must have winter driving experience
- Past 7 years without: Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
- Past 3 years without: License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
- A major preventable accident
- Two or more moving convictions
