Owner Operator Class A End Dump driver needed for regional dry bulk hauling (sand, limestone, feldspar, gypsum) with trips on a Monday–Friday schedule. Routes cover NC, TN, GA, KY, and SC with Pick Up Points in NC/TN/GA/KY/SC and Destination Points in the same states. Compensation is strong (sign-on bonus $5,000; pay $5,000–$7,000 per week gross), with 64% of haul on trimac dump trailers, 72% on own dump trailer, and 90% of fuel surcharge. Experience required includes mountain and winter driving, 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer work, and adherence to safety standards. Based in Kings Mountain, NC with regional operations across the Southeast.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- Must have mountain driving experience
- Must have winter driving experience
- Past 7 years without driving violation involving illegal or intoxicating substances
- Past 3 years without license suspensions involving drug/alcohol or safety concerns
- A major preventable accident
- Two or more moving convictions
