Job Summary
Haul dry bulk materials on regional NC/ TN/ GA/ KY/ SC routes with Monday-Friday loads. Driver will operate end-dump/trailer equipment for Feldspar, sand, limestone, gypsum and other bulk commodities for Feldspar Trucking (Trimac). Requires a Class A CDL and 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, plus mountain and winter driving experience and successful safety assessment. Compensation includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and weekly pay in the $5k–$7k range, with a 64% haul share, 72% of haul using own dump trailer, and 90% fuel surcharge. Benefits include tolls reimbursed and fuel card provided. Location at Earl, NC with regional routes across NC, TN, GA, KY, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- Must have mountain driving experience
- Must have winter driving experience
- Past 7 years without: Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
- A preventable rollover or fatality crash
- Past 3 years without: License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
- A major preventable accident
- Two or more moving convictions
