Job Summary
Owner Operator End Dump role with Feldspar Trucking (Trimac division) handling regional hauling of dry bulk materials (sand, limestone, feldspar, gypsum) on Monday–Friday schedules across NC/TN/GA/KY/SC. Requires a valid Class A CDL and 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, plus mountain and winter driving experience and a clean safety record. Compensation includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and pay ranging from $5,000 to $7,000 per week, with fuel surcharge and toll reimbursement benefits. Driver will operate on regional routes with a mix of Trimac dump trailer usage and owner dump trailer usage, and company-installed ELDs; benefits include experienced management/dispatch and top-tier pay within the industry.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- Must have mountain driving experience
- Must have winter driving experience
- Past 7 years without: Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
- Past 3 years without: License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
- A major preventable accident
- Two or more moving convictions
