Job Summary
Haul dry bulk materials (sand, limestone, feldspar, gypsum) on regional routes from pickup points in NC, TN, GA, KY, SC to destination points in the same set. Typical schedule Monday–Friday. Requires a valid Class A CDL, 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, mountain and winter driving experience, and a safety record free of major violations. Offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and strong weekly pay ($5,000–$7,000 gross per week), with 64% of haul using Trimac dump trailer, 72% of haul using own dump trailer, and 90% fuel surcharge. Perks include experienced management/dispatch, tolls reimbursed, and company-installed ELDs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- Must have mountain driving experience
- Must have winter driving experience
Additional Requirements
- Past 7 years without: Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
- A preventable rollover or fatality crash
- Past 3 years without: License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
- A major preventable accident
- Two or more moving convictions
