Job Summary
Haul dry bulk materials on regional routes using dump trailers with a Class A CDL. Drive tractor-trailer units on Monday–Friday schedules across NC, TN, GA, KY, and SC. Must have mountain and winter driving experience and successfully pass the Trimac safety assessment. Clean driving record for the past seven years (no illegal/substance violations) and past three years (no license suspensions for drugs/alcohol or public-safety concerns); no major preventable accidents and two or more moving convictions. Compensation includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus with weekly pay ($5,000–$7,000 per week gross) and fleet/perks such as fuel surcharge sharing and toll reimbursements. Proven ability to handle regional hauling of dry bulk materials like sand, limestone, feldspar, and gypsum is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- Must have mountain driving experience
- Must have winter driving experience
- Past 7 years without: Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
- Past 3 years without: License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
- A major preventable accident
- Two or more moving convictions
