Job Summary
Owner Operator with Class A CDL to haul dry bulk materials (sand, limestone, feldspar, gypsum) on regional routes from NC/SC/TN/GA/KY. Routes are Monday–Friday with pick-up points in NC, TN, GA, KY, SC and destination points in the same states. Compensation includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus with pay ranges of $5,000–$7,000 per week (gross). 64% of haul uses Trimac dump trailers; 72% of haul uses owner dump trailers; 90% of fuel surcharge. Requirements include mountain and winter driving experience and 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience; must pass Trimac safety assessment and comply with company safety commitments. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- Must have mountain driving experience
- Must have winter driving experience
- Past 7 years without driving violations involving illegal or intoxicating substances
- Past 7 years without a preventable rollover or fatality crash
- Past 3 years without license suspensions involving drug/alcohol or a record indicating disregard for public safety
- A major preventable accident
- Two or more moving convictions
