Job Summary
Haul dry bulk materials on regional routes (sand, limestone, feldspar, gypsum) as part of a Class A owner-operator program. Role includes picking up from NC, TN, GA, KY, SC with Monday–Friday loads and a sign-on bonus. Requires a Class A CDL, 2+ years tractor-trailer experience, mountain and winter driving experience, and passing Trimac safety assessment. Compensation is a weekly gross pay between $5,000 and $7,000 with deductions as applicable; 64% haul using Trimac dump trailer, 72% haul using own dump trailer, and 90% of fuel surcharge; tolls reimbursed; company-installed ELDs; experienced management and dispatch teams; safety-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- Must have mountain driving experience
- Must have winter driving experience
Additional Requirements
- Past 7 years without driving violations involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
- Past 7 years without a major preventable accident or fatality crash
- Past 3 years without license suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
- Two or more moving convictions
