Job Summary
Manage Class A OTR routes across the Midwest, East, Southeast, South, and West regions with optional high-paying Canadian loads. Operate a reliable tractor, utilizing our provided fuel cards, permits, and optional trailer rentals, while adhering to strict no-touch freight policies and ELD compliance. Coordinate with a dedicated dispatcher for 24/7 support to secure top rates and optimize home time schedules. Maintain a clean MVR with no more than three moving violations in the last three years and pass a drug test. Earn gross earnings ranging from $260,000 to $364,000 annually based on weekly mileage commitment and performance, with bonuses for safety and the Owner Operator of the Month program.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 2+ yrs CDL Exp
- Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report
- Reliable Tractor
- At least 23 years old
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions
- Ability to work with modern ELD systems
- Must be able to pass drug test
- Valid medical card issued
- Stable work history and good references
- No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years
- No DWI's, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years
- No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years
- No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations during the last year
- Provide no less than 3 years of work history
- Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable
