Job Summary
Conduct long-haul trucking across the Midwest, South, East, Southeast, Southwest, and West regions, with optional high-paying Canadian loads available. Operate Class A OTR dry vans, utilizing dedicated dispatchers to secure top rates and manage routes without forced dispatch. Maintain strict safety standards by passing drug tests, adhering to ELD compliance, and ensuring a clean MVR with no recent violations or DUIs. Drive 2006–2012 Volvo or International tractors, often with double sleepers, while leveraging built-in mechanic shops for discounted maintenance. Negotiate home time schedules and utilize provided fuel cards, permits, and insurance coverage to maximize weekly gross earnings between $7,000 and $12,000 depending on season and availability.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 2+ yrs CDL Exp
- Clean MVR
- reasonable PSP report
- Reliable Tractor
- Must have a valid medical card issued
- Must have a stable work history
- good references
- no more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years
- No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years
- No DWIs, DUI's and BAC's in the last 4 years
- No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years
- No license suspension for points, or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years
- no more than 2 moving violations during the last year
- Must provide no less than 3 years of work history
- Must be able to work with modern ELD systems
- Must be able to pass the drug test
- Must be healthy able and willing to work
