Job Summary
Drive over-the-road routes for a carrier offering consistent miles and no forced dispatch, choosing between dry van or reefer freight with an average of 3,200+ miles per week. Earn paid on all miles loaded or empty, plus $150 layover pay and $25/hour detention pay after the first two hours. Select from late-model 2025 or 2026 Volvo or Freightliner trucks equipped with APU, refrigerator, microwave, and driver tablet, taking the assigned truck home during home time. Schedule options include two weeks out with two days home or three weeks out with four days home, with weekly direct deposit every Friday. Valid Class A CDL with minimum six months of verifiable OTR experience is required, along with a clean driving record and no DUI or SAP history.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
- No DUI, DWI, or SAP history
- No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years
- No reckless driving convictions or speeding violations of 15 MPH or more
- Employment history must meet company guidelines (maximum of 8 jobs in the last 3 years)
- Must pass a standard DOT urine drug test (no hair follicle test)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
