Class A or B Delivery Driver

Job Summary
Deliver all materials safely, timely, and in an orderly manner while complying with DOT and company requirements. Maintain vehicles in a clean, safe condition, log fuel and shipments accurately, and handle customer invoices and credit returns. Load and unload materials according to pick tickets, ensuring proper securing and courteous interaction with customers. Maneuver wide loads legally using required lights and escorts when necessary. Report accidents and safety concerns immediately to supervisors. Assist with yard operations, including pulling orders, inventory cycle counts, and maintaining neat work areas. Work primarily outside in all weather conditions, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Current driver's license
- Minimum of one year experience driving similar-type delivery vehicles
- Class B CDL license
- Minimum of three years experience driving similar-type delivery vehicles
- Minimum of one year experience with documented training from a professional and certified training school or association
- High school diploma or GED
- Good math and reading skills
- Ability to represent the Company in a friendly and helpful manner
- Heavy lifting up to 100 pounds
- Passing the Forklift Written Licensing Exam
Desired Qualifications
- Certification from a professional driving school or association
- A basic knowledge of construction and or building materials
