Job Summary
Diagnose incoming units, disassemble, repair, assemble, and prepare industrial electric motors, generators, gearboxes, and related equipment for shipment. Perform mechanical rebuilds on rotating apparatus including pumps and fans. Measure and record data using vibration meters, micrometers, and dial indicators. Use multi-meters and Baker instruments to measure winding resistance, RTD, and heater resistances. Participate in daily operations discussions regarding customer products. Requires 1-5 years of AC/DC motor experience and ability to perform basic math functions. Full-time role with paid time off, 401k match, and tuition reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of AC/DC motor experience preferred
- Able to perform basic math functions
- Capability to diagnose and repair industrial electric motors, fans, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment
- Able to understand, perform, and retain various job-related training, operational, and safety procedures
