Class A Lead Driver

Prioritize safety and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations by overseeing daily operations and assigning trips to drivers. Conduct vehicle inspections, maintain equipment safety, and organize driver meetings to keep facilities clean. Train new and existing drivers on company policies while monitoring performance and providing guidance to subordinates. Act as the main contact for the terminal and collaborate with maintenance and recruiting teams as needed. Manage a team of drivers to ensure full compliance with safety standards and cost control.
