Job Summary
Class A CDL drivers sought for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer positions. Roles include operating and maintaining assigned late-model equipment, complying with DOT hours, cargo securement, tarping, and completing pre- and post-trip inspections. Home-time varies by lane (Local: home nightly; Regional: home weeknights/weekends; OTR Reefer: home weekends). Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
