Job Summary
Experienced Class A CDL drivers needed for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer positions. Roles offer home-time options (home every night or most weekends) with late-model assigned equipment, 24/7 maintenance support, and a team-focused environment. Responsibilities include cargo securement, tarping, and ensuring accurate bills of lading; operate and maintain an ELog device; comply with DOT 70-hour service rules; perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections; and adapt to driving in all weather conditions. Compensation features starting at 25% of line haul (24% with training) with annual earnings range ($60,000 – $110,000), plus bonuses and benefits including paid holidays, vacation, medical insurance after 60 days, and 401(k)-style incentives. Assigned trucks and consistent home-time options across Local, Regional, and OTR lanes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
