Job Summary
Class A CDL drivers needed for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer positions. Roles include home-time options with Local Flatbed home every night, Regional Flatbed home most weeknights and weekends, and OTR Reefer home most weekends. Compensation includes starting pay as a percentage of line haul (24-25%), with annual earnings estimated between $60,000 and $110,000, bonuses for clean roadside inspections, referrals, and retention, paid holidays, vacation, and benefits after 60 days. Assigned late-model equipment, 24/7 maintenance support, and a team-focused environment. Responsibilities include cargo securement, tarping, chain/binder/strap handling, inspection routines, and adherence to DOT regulations. Requires 25+ years old, a valid Class A CDL with clean MVR, and 2+ years of verifiable experience; ELD operation and thorough pre/post-trip inspections are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
