Job Summary
Class A CDL driver for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer positions. Role offers home-time options with late-model assigned equipment, 24/7 maintenance support, and focus on long-term success. Available lanes include Local Flatbed (Pittsburgh-Cleveland-Youngstown/Sharon), Regional Flatbed (Chicago, Indiana, Michigan; occasional NC/AR), and OTR Reefer (Midwest/Eastern states). Compensation includes starting pay as percentage of line haul with raises by longevity, yearly earnings range $60k-$110k, plus bonuses (roadside inspection, referral, retention), paid holidays, vacation, medical insurance after 60 days, life and disability benefits, and weekly pay with assigned trucks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
