Class A CDL truck driver with local, regional, or OTR reefer openings. Roles offer home-time options (home every night, most weeknights, or weekends) across lanes between Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Youngstown/Sharon, Chicago, Indiana, Michigan, and occasional north/south lanes. Assigned late-model equipment with 24/7 maintenance support; focus on cargo securement, tarping, and DOT-compliant hours. Competitive pay structure (starting at 25% line haul or 24% during training) and annual earnings target of $60k–$110k, plus bonuses and benefits. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
