Job Summary
Experienced Class A CDL drivers sought for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer lanes. Local Flatbed runs triangle between Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and the Youngstown/Sharon areas with home every night; Regional Flatbed home most weeknights and weekends with lanes to Chicago, Indiana, Michigan, and occasional runs to North Carolina and Arkansas; OTR Reefer home most weekends with freight across the Midwest and Eastern states and longer runs available. Compensation includes starting pay as a percentage of line haul (24-25%), average annual earnings in the $60k–$110k range, bonuses (inspections, referrals, retention), holidays, vacation, health insurance after 60 days, and weekly pay with assigned trucks. Requires clean Class A CDL, 2 years’ experience, DOT/compliance, cargo securement, ELog proficiency, and ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
