Job Summary
Class A CDL driver needed for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer positions with home-time options. Roles offer late-model assigned equipment, 24/7 maintenance support, and a team-focused culture. Home time varies by lane (Local: home every night/weekends; Regional: home most weeknights/weekends; OTR Reefer: home most weekends). Compensation includes starting pay as a percentage of line haul (24-25%), with annual earnings typically $60k-$110k, plus bonuses (roadside inspection bonus, referral bonus, retention bonus), paid holidays, vacation, and comprehensive benefits after waiting periods. Assigned trucks and regular pay schedule are included, along with DOT/compliance requirements and cargo-securement responsibilities. Requires 25+ age, valid CDL-A with clean MVR, and 2+ years of verifiable experience; knowledge of ELog, cargo securement, tarping, and safe operation under varying conditions is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
