Job Summary
Class A CDL drivers sought for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer lanes. Local Flatbed routes run triads between Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and the Youngstown/Sharon areas with home-time each night and weekends. Regional Flatbed offers home most weeknights and weekends with runs to Chicago, Indiana, and Michigan, plus occasional lanes to North Carolina and Arkansas. OTR Reefer provides home most weekends with varied freight across the Midwest and Eastern states and longer runs available. Compensation includes starting pay at a percentage of line haul (24% training), average annual earnings of $60k–$110k, $200 roadside inspection bonus, $2,000 driver referral bonus, annual retention bonus, paid holidays, vacation time, medical insurance after 60 days, life insurance, Aflac options, and weekly pay with direct deposit. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
