Job Summary
Class A Flatbed Truck Driver roles across Local, Regional, and OTR Reefer with late-model assigned equipment and 24/7 maintenance support. Roles emphasize home-time variety (home every night to weekends), cargo securement and tarping skills, thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, operating Class A trucks and ELog devices, and compliant adherence to DOT 70-hour rules. Compensation features a pay structure based on line haul percentages with bonuses, plus benefits and vacation schedules. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
