Job Summary
Experienced Class A CDL drivers sought for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer with home-time options. Roles include Local Flatbed (home every night and weekends; routes in Pittsburgh–Cleveland–Youngstown/Sharon), Regional Flatbed (home most weeknights and weekends; runs to Chicago, Indiana, Michigan with occasional NC/Arkansas lanes), and OTR Reefer (home most weekends; varied freight Midwest/Eastern states; longer runs available). Responsibilities include cargo securement, tarping, proper use of chains/binders/straps, pre- and post-trip inspections, operating an ELog device, complying with DOT 70-hour rules, and accurate Bills of Lading. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
