Job Summary
R-K-Campf Transport is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer positions. Available lanes include Local Flatbed with home every night and weekends across Pittsburgh–Cleveland–Youngstown/Sharon; Regional Flatbed with home most weeknights and weekends to Chicago, Indiana, Michigan and occasional lanes to North Carolina and Arkansas; and OTR Reefer with home most weekends across the Midwest and Eastern states. Compensation includes starting pay as a percentage of line haul (24% training), 60k–110k average annual earnings, bonuses for clean roadside inspection, driver referrals, retirement, holidays, and paid time off. Benefits after 60 days include medical insurance, life insurance, and disability options through Aflac. Weekly pay and assigned late-model equipment with 24/7 maintenance support. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
