Job Summary
Class A Flatbed Truck Driver positions available in Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer lanes. Choose a home-time pattern that fits your lifestyle: Local Flatbed home every night and weekends; Regional Flatbed home most weeknights and weekends; OTR Reefer home most weekends. Assigned late-model equipment with 24/7 maintenance support. Earn 60k–110k annually with 25% line-haul pay (24% in training), plus bonuses and retirement/insurance benefits. Routes include Pittsburgh-Cleveland-Youngstown/Sharon for Local; Chicago/Indiana/Michigan with occasional North Carolina/Arkansas for Regional; Midwest/Eastern states with longer runs for OTR Reefer. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
