Job Summary
Class A CDL driver positions (Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer) with home-time options. Multiple lanes include Pittsburgh-Cleveland-Youngstown/Sharon for Local; Regional runs to Chicago, Indiana, Michigan with occasional North Carolina and Arkansas; and OTR Reefer with varied freight across the Midwest and Eastern states. Compensation includes starting pay as a percentage of line haul (24-25%), annual earnings between $60,000 and $110,000, bonuses for clean roadside inspections and referrals, paid holidays and vacation time, medical and life insurance options, weekly pay, and assigned trucks with maintenance support. Requires DOT compliance, cargo securement, and ability to operate and inspect trucks; home-time options available across positions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
