Job Summary
Class A CDL truck driver roles across Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer with home-time options; late-model assigned equipment, 24/7 maintenance support, and a team-focused environment. Available lanes include Local Flatbed (Pittsburgh–Cleveland–Youngstown/Sharon), Regional Flatbed (to Chicago, Indiana, Michigan; occasional trips to North Carolina and Arkansas), and OTR Reefer (Midwest, Eastern states). Starting pay 25% of line haul (24% during training), with earnings $60,000–$110,000 annually, plus bonuses and benefits; weekly pay; assigned trucks; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
