Job Summary
Class A CDL driver for Local/Regional/OTR Reefer positions. Home time varies by lane (Local: home every night/weekends; Regional: home most weeknights/weekends; OTR Reefer: home most weekends). Routes/services include Pittsburgh-Cleveland-Youngstown/Sharon for Local; Chicago/Indiana/Michigan with occasional NC/Arkansas for Regional; Midwest/Eastern states for OTR Reefer. Compensation includes starting pay as a percentage of line haul (24% during training), yearly earnings potential $60k-$110k, plus bonuses ($200 for clean roadside inspections, $2,000 driver referral bonus, annual retention bonus) and benefits (medical after 60 days, life insurance, disability, paid holidays, vacation). Weekly pay with assigned late-model equipment and 24/7 maintenance support; emphasis on cargo securement, tarping, and safety, with home-time options across positions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
