Job Summary
Class A CDL drivers needed for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer positions with home-time options. Assigned late-model equipment, 24/7 maintenance support, and a team-focused environment. Local routes: Pittsburgh–Cleveland–Youngstown/Sharon; Regional routes: Chicago/Indiana/Michigan with some lanes to NC/AR; OTR Reefer: varied Midwest/Eastern runs with longer distance options. Compensation includes starting pay as a percentage of line haul (24% during training), potential increases with tenure, bonuses for clean roadside inspections, driver referrals, annual retention bonuses, weekly pay, paid holidays, vacation time, medical/Life insurance after 60 days, and DOT compliance support. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, 2+ years of experience, ability to operate ELog, cargo securement skills, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and thorough inspections. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
