Job Summary
Class A CDL drivers for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer positions. Home-time options vary by lane (Local: home every night and weekends; Regional: home most weeknights and weekends; OTR Reefer: home most weekends). Roles feature late-model assigned equipment, 24/7 maintenance support, and a team-focused environment. Compensation includes starting pay as a percentage of line haul with increases over time, plus bonuses (roadside inspection bonus, driver referral bonus, retention bonus), weekly pay, paid holidays, vacation accrual, and health/dental/Disability benefits after set periods. Assigned trucks and full home-time options across positions are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
