Job Summary
Class A CDL driver roles open for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer with home-time options. Local runs triangle Pittsburgh–Cleveland–Youngstown/Sharon; Regional runs include Chicago/Indiana/Michigan with occasional NC/Arkansas; OTR Reefer offers weekends at home with varied Midwest/Eastern freight. Compensation includes percentage-based pay (starting 25% of line haul, 24% in training), potential annual earnings $60k–$110k, bonuses for clean inspections and referrals, paid holidays and vacations, and benefits after 60 days. Assigned late-model equipment, 24/7 maintenance support, and a team-oriented environment emphasize long-term stability and home-time options.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
