Job Summary
Class A CDL drivers needed for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer lanes. Roles offer home-time options (home every night in Local, home weeknights/weekends regionally, home most weekends for OTR Reefer) with assigned late-model equipment, 24/7 maintenance support, and a pay/bonus structure (Starting pay 25% of line haul, 24% during training; annual earnings $60k–$110k; $200 bonus per clean roadside inspection; referral and retention bonuses). Roles emphasize cargo securement, tarping, chains/binders/straps, pre-/post-trip inspections, DOT 70-hour rule compliance, and Bills of Lading handling. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
