Hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer positions. Whether you want to be home every night or prefer the open road, we have a lane that fits your lifestyle — backed by late-model assigned equipment, 24/7 maintenance support, and a team that invests in your long-term success. Local Flatbed routes run a triangle between Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and the Youngstown/Sharon areas; Regional Flatbed home most weeknights and weekends with lanes to Chicago, Indiana, and Michigan; occasional runs to North Carolina and Arkansas; OTR Reefer home most weekends with varied freight across the Midwest and Eastern states, longer runs available. Compensation includes starting pay as 25% of line haul (24% during training), average annual earnings $60,000–$110,000, $200 bonus for clean roadside inspection, $2,000 driver referral bonus, annual retention bonus, holidays, vacation, and benefits (medical after 60 days, life insurance, Aflac options), and weekly pay with assigned trucks and no slip seating.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
