Job Summary
Class A CDL Flatbed Driver roles across Local, Regional, and OTR Reefer lanes. Local runs home every night/weekends (Pittsburgh-Cleveland-Youngstown/Sharon); Regional runs home most weeknights/weekends (Chicago, Indiana, Michigan; occasionally NC/AR); OTR Reefer home most weekends with varied Midwest/Eastern freight. Starting pay is 25% of line haul (24% with training), with annual earnings typically $60k–$110k. Benefits include bonuses for clean roadside inspections, referral bonuses, paid holidays, vacation accrual, medical insurance after 60 days, life and disability coverage, and weekly pay with assigned trucks. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
