Job Summary
Experienced Class A CDL drivers needed for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer lanes. Home-time varies by lane (local home nightly, regional home weeknights/weekends, OTR home weekends); offers late-model assigned equipment with 24/7 maintenance support. Responsibilities include safe operation of trucks in all conditions, cargo securement and tarping, accurate paperwork (Bills of Lading), and daily pre-/post-trip inspections. Competitive compensation: starting pay as a percentage of line haul, annual earnings from $60k-$110k, plus bonuses and benefits including medical and life insurance, vacation, and weekly pay. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
