Job Summary
Class A Flatbed Truck Driver for Local, Regional, and OTR Reefer positions. Roles offer home-time options: Local flatbed home every night/weekends (triangle Pittsburgh–Cleveland–Youngstown/Sharon); Regional flatbed home most weeknights/weekends with routes to Chicago, Indiana, Michigan and occasional lanes to North Carolina and Arkansas; OTR Reefer home most weekends with varied Midwest/Eastern freight. Compensation includes starting pay as a percentage of line haul (24-25%), earning potential $60k–$110k annually, plus bonuses such as $200 per clean roadside inspection, referral and retention bonuses, paid holidays, and benefits after probation. Requires DOT-compliant operations, cargo securement skills, and ability to operate and maintain equipment; assigned late-model trucks and 24/7 roadside/support available. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
