Job Summary
Class A CDL truck drivers sought for Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer positions. Available lanes include Local Flatbed (home every night/weekends, triangle routes around Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Youngstown/Sharon), Regional Flatbed (home most weeknights/weekends; runs to Chicago, Indiana, Michigan with occasional lanes to NC and AR), and OTR Reefer (home most weekends; freight across Midwest and Eastern states with longer runs). Compensation includes starting pay as a percentage of line haul (24-25%), annual earnings between $60,000 and $110,000, bonuses for clean roadside inspections, driver referrals, and retention, along with paid holidays, vacation, health insurance after 60 days, life and disability benefits, and weekly pay with assigned trucks and no slip seating. A team environment with home-time options across all positions and equal opportunity employment. Responsibilities include cargo securement, tarping, documentation accuracy, and ensuring safety through inspections and DOT-compliant operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
