Job Summary
Class A Flatbed Truck Driver needed for Local/Regional/OTR Reefer lanes. Roles involve home-time options (local home every night/weekend, regional home most weeknights/weekend, OTR with home most weekends), late-model assigned equipment, 24/7 maintenance support, and a focus on long-term success. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining ELog, cargo securement, tarping, chaining, pre-/post-trip inspections, lifting up to 100 lbs, and accurate Bills of Lading paperwork. Compensation includes percentage-based pay with potential bonuses; earnings up to $110,000 annually depending on lanes and performance. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
