Job Summary
Class A Flatbed Truck Driver role with R-K-Campf Transport. Roles include Local Flatbed, Regional Flatbed, and OTR Reefer positions. Home-time varies by lane: local (home every night/weekends), regional (home most weeknights/weekends), OTR (home most weekends). Assigned late-model equipment, 24/7 maintenance support, and emphasis on long-term success. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining tractor-trailer, cargo securement, tarping, using chains/binders/straps, performing thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, complying with DOT 70-hour rules, and accurate paperwork (Bills of Lading). Qualifications include a valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR, at least 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience (flatbed preferred), ability to operate ELog, and the physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Compensation includes starting pay as a percentage of line haul (24-25%), annual earnings typically $60k-$110k, and various bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 25
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean MVR (no more than 1 accident or minor infraction)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience; flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ELog device and comply with DOT 70-hour service requirements
- Proficiency in cargo securement, tarping, and proper use of chains, binders, straps, and related equipment
- Ability to safely operate truck and trailer in all driving and weather conditions
- Ability to perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections daily
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at heights or in rough terrain
- Strong attention to paperwork accuracy, including Bills of Lading
